The grant application form that includes the eligibility criteria for the 2010 - 2011 school year is now available. The application process may include an informal interview with members of the selection committee and the submission of a sample of the applicant's work.

In 2011 the foundation committee will make awards to students attending Oak Park-River Forest H.S as well as to students attending other high schools in the Chicago area. Freshmen,Sophomore and Junior age students during the 2010 -2011 school year may apply.The 2010 - 2011 award will be presented in the spring of 2011.
Applications are now beIng accepted up until May 15th, 2011.
